It's a 3 step process:
1. Dial 1-800-474-6434
2. Say, 'my serial number is XXXXXXX'
3. Wait for response.

or you can email (ping.com) them and in a day or 2 they respond back... but the phone number is definitly way quicker...

Hey guys, brand new to the forum. Bought some Ping i20's and seem to be launching them longer and higher then my previous irons (titleist AP1) Specs are all about the same loft as the i20 at each club 3-W. Looking to check the serial numbers to ensure they are standard loft and not strong. Anyone know where this can be done, online possibly? Serial # is 8T4857
Any info would be greatly appreciated.
